This gag is really twisted! The Screwed & Twisted Ball Gag is a unique piece that will make sure your slave knows who is boss. It goes on like any other gag but once it’s in place, that’s where the real fun begins. The handle on the front of the gag allows you to screw the silicone ball inwards up to approximately 3 inches.
