Due to COVID, shipments outside of the Netherlands might be delayed for an uncertain amount of time.
We ship with Post.nl, you can find updates on the shipping to specific countries here: https://www.postnl.nl/en/customer-service/delivery-status/international-service-alerts/ 

We’ll always try to ship orders as quick as possible, but at least within 3 work days of ordering, if all products are in stock.
If you use Bank Transfer as a payment method, the 5 workdays will start after we have received confirmation of the payment.

For shipments in the Netherlands we offer the possibility to choose to ship to a postNL-punt for pickup. We can’t ship to PO boxes (Post Office Boxes) within the Netherlands or abroad. Always use a home address/physical address to ship to.

Shipping Cost
In the Netherlands: €8,11 with free shipping available for orders above €25,-.
Inside the European Union: List of shipping cost per country will follow soon. Free shipping available for orders above €100,-.

You might buy things from us that you don’t necessarily like to share with your ever so curious neighbors.
So to respect your privacy, we will always ship your orders with the following extras:

  • The shipments won’t be delivered with your neighbors, but only at your address and only with signature for delivery.
  • All shipments will have their own track & trace, so you can always check the status.
  • All shipments will be shipped with insurance.

Please inform us if they did deliver your package somewhere other than your stated address through the form on the contact page.

We ship all our shipments through PostNL in the Netherlands, for shipments outside of the Netherlands they might make use of a third party or a local shipping party to deliver the packages to you. The decision of which party they use for that is not in our control.

You are able to calculate the estimated shipping cost to your address in your cart, if there is a problem with calculating the shipping cost for your address please contact us through the form on the contact page.

Because our physical shop is only as big as it is, it is sadly enough impossible for us to have everything we want to offer to you on stock.
This is why we’re slowly introducing the option to order certain products on backorder.

  • What does this mean for you?
    Well it means that you have a wider selection of products to choose from, but that there will be a delay in when the product will be shipped.
  • How long will you have to wait?
    That depends on what product you’ve ordered and where we have to order it from. Of course we will do our best to keep the wait as short as possible, but keep in mind that it can increase with 3-4 weeks. Once we have received your order we will send you an e-mail with the estimated waiting time.
  • How will you know that a product is on backorder?
    Once you’ve selected the right color and/or size of the product, you will get a notification below the drop down menus which looks like this (slight variations possible depending on device/browser):

All our products are shipped from the Netherlands, orders shipped within Europe are not subject to import taxes or custom duties.

When a package is shipped outside the EU (Outside of Europe + Switzerland and Norway), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.  Contact your local authorities for more information.

Our website is directly linked to our stock database, this should prevent you from ordering products that are out of stock.

In the unlikely event of a discrepancy between our system and the actual stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to solve this problem.

We check the products on visible defects while we pack them, if the product does however have a defect or is broken upon arrival, please inform us immediately.

We offer the same guarantee as the supplier of our products, which usually is two years.

The guarantee is only valid if it is a defect in fabrication or material.
Any defect due to improper use, normal wear and tear or improper maintenance doesn’t fall under the guarantee provided by us or the suppliers.
