For a complete device, you need a Cobra cage, a Base Ring, and a lock to connect them (metal lock or Airlock).

Sizing
The Cobra S is suggested for a flaccid length of 3-3.5″ (7.5-9 cm).
The Cobra S also comes in three different girths: Narrow, Standard, and Wide. We find the Standard works well for most people — but if you prefer a snug cage fit, or you need some extra room, then the Narrow or Wide may be just right for you!

Cobra S Narrow & Wide
The Narrow and Wide versions of the Cobra S are very similar to the Cobra S Standard, except for their overall width and the size of the head area. If the Cobra S is the right length, then the Cobra S Narrow or Wide is worth considering if you have a thin or girthy penis.
